Lather Hair Salon is taking a number of actions to protect the health and well-being of our clients and to control the spread of COVID-19 (coronavirus) in accordance with the expert guidance of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and local public health authorities.

Our stylists will be sanitizing their hands and stations in between client appointments. For your convenience, we have also provided hand sanitizer at our front desk.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please provide 48 hours notice if you need to cancel, change, or reschedule an appointment.

If you arrive 15 minutes or more past your official service time, services may be canceled and considered a “no-show”.

The first “no show” will result in a canceled appointment and 25% of originally booked services being charged.

The second “no show” will result in a canceled appointment and 50% of originally booked services being charged.

The third “no show” will result in a canceled appointment and loss of ability to book future appointments.

* We stand by our service. If something feels “off” with your color or cut, please contact us within 7 days of service to be eligible for a complimentary correction.
